ALLPS Consultancy LLP ("ALLPS", "we", "us" or "our") reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

About ALLPS Consultancy LLP

ALLPS Consultancy LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in Singapore (UEN: T18LL1672C). We provide consultancy, advisory and execution services in the areas of supply chain optimisation, association management, corporate training, audit preparation and compliance, and regional market access.

The Site is operated for informational and business development purposes. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, contract or guarantee of services unless confirmed in writing by an authorised representative of ALLPS.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that violates applicable Singapore laws or regulations, infringes the rights of any third party, or transmits any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site at any time and for any reason without notice.

This limitation applies regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory, and even if ALLPS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. ALLPS has no control over the content of those sites or resources and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by ALLPS of the linked site or any association with its operators. You access third-party sites entirely at your own risk.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (as amended) and applicable data protection laws.

Confidentiality of Enquiries

Any business enquiries, proposals or information submitted to ALLPS through the Site or by email are received in confidence. ALLPS will not disclose the substance of your enquiry to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or regulation.

However, the submission of an enquiry does not create a confidentiality obligation on ALLPS with respect to information that is already in the public domain, independently developed by ALLPS, or disclosed to ALLPS by a third party without restriction.

No Professional Advice

Content on the Site, including articles, insights and case studies, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, regulatory, tax or other professional advice and should not be relied upon as such.

Engagement of ALLPS for professional consultancy services is subject to a separate written agreement. No information on the Site creates a client relationship between you and ALLPS.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

13.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ALLPS with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and ALLPS.
